Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum:

Breathtaking art experiences with stellar views!

Offering fantastic views from the 27th floor of the Umeda Sky Building, the state-of-the-art Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum exhibits the works of artist Koji Kinutani, who is renowned for his innovative, dynamic style that has garnered him several art awards and who has been at the forefront of the Japanese art world for more than 40 years. The museum incorporates the world's first attempt at allowing the viewer to delve into the artwork through the use of 3D visuals in addition to numerous fresco and mixed-media paintings and sculptures. It also boasts a playful workshop and atelier space, and also features a relaxing café. The museum welcomes visitors from all around the world and invites them to experience the enchanting world of Kinutani’s art.

Meetings and Events at the Umeda Sky Building

Towering above Shin Umeda City, located just next to JR Osaka Station, the Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum and its Tenku Cafe are located on the 27th floor of Umeda Sky Building Tower West. After visiting the museum or shopping in Umeda, the Tenku Cafe is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Osaka cityscape and the Osaka Bay. The Tenku Cafe is a unique space that combines art and design, and the interior is decorated in the museum's signature colors of red, blue, and yellow. The chairs and cushions are made in Italy, where Kinutani studied fresco painting in his youth, while the tables feature a Japanese design, creating a fusion of Japanese and Italian style.

Umeda Sky Building also has 16 meeting and event venues, including Stella Hall, a pillarless space with a 7-meter ceiling, as well as Aura Hall, an open area with 1,341 square meters of floor space.
